In addition to teaching classes around New York City, Diana organizes retreats several times a year. Aptly named Bon Vivant, her retreats emphasize joy— combining yoga with good food, wine and community in a beautiful setting. It is here her philosophy of “practice hard, relax hard” takes precedence.
Her retreats have taken place in Tuscany, the South of France, Greece and upstate New York.
