Retreat in Tuscany

My dear yoga friends,

Many of you have been asking me about my next yoga retreat in Tuscany. I am excited to share with you my plans for next year’s retreat.

Once again we will be staying again at my beloved IL GRANDE PRATO June 21-27 2020!

Six nights and seven days.

Each day will include a 2 1/2 hour yoga session in the morning and 1 1/2 hour yoga session in the afternoon.

The price of the retreat is $2000 per person. This rate includes the room as well as breakfast and dinner with homemade Tuscan specialties, evening drinks and Chianti wine, tea and coffee.

Also included are:

  • 1 cooking lesson

  • 1 wine and cheese tasting

  • 1 homemade pizza night

  • 1 BBQ

  • 1 visit to the street food and farmers market

  • 1 music party by the pool (with dancing)!

  • 1 full-day guided tour of Florence or Siena, or another destination in Tuscany - outlets, beaches, artisan fairs, etc. - (transportation costs are extra).

  • Use of swimming pool, gym, tennis court are included, as well.

  • Free wifi and free shuttle from and to Castelfiorentino, the closest town where there is a train station.

  • Rooms are double or triple occupancy.

Some additional information:

A private room is an extra 350 euros per week, to be paid in cash at checkout.

Upon request, lunch buffet is an additional 25 euros per meal, to be paid in cash at checkout.

Airfare is not included. Please contact me for information about making your air travel plans, if you wish.

Last year's retreat was incredible and, besides the yoga practice, all who participated are still sharing stories and new friendships.

Once again, space is limited and I highly recommend reserving your preference in advance via deposit. Please contact me at dianarilov@me.com for more details.

To 2020 in magical Tuscany!

Ciao and namaste,

Diana
